Shopping with Us
Shopping Cart
As you add items, we will display your cart in the left hand corner of your screen, including the item name, quantity, price per unit and recipient. At any time, you can edit your shopping basket to remove items or change recipients.
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates from $5 - $100.
Email us at info@missconstrued to order a gift certificate.
If you are shopping with a gift certificate, you will be asked for the gift certificate number during checkout. Your total will be updated before we charge your credit card.
Purchasing & Ordering
Placing an order
If you do not wish to order through the online shopping cart, you may email us for custom quotes or personal service and a customer service representative will get back to you within 12-24 hours. We are an online-only business and do not have retail locations.
Changes to your order
There is a very small window in which you may make changes to your order due to the custom items that we offer and the unique designers are put on notice immediatly after your purchase. Please make sure the shipping information you provide is correct as we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
Payment
We accept Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, as well as checks/money orders.
Prices, taxes and fees
Price adjustments:
A one-time price adjustment will be granted if the item you purchased is reduced in price within 7 days of the original purchase. Arizona state taxes will be added to orders.
Customs duties/fees
For Canadian and international addresses: Recipients are responsible for any customs fees or duties assessed to the order upon arrival. Customers are also responsible for additional shipping charges that may apply on large packages of 3 items or more.
Create a Miss Account
We encourage customers to create accounts with us because it makes your checkout process much faster and allows you to review past orders. It also keeps you on the know with the miss world and sales, promotions and events.
To create an account, you must have a valid email address. When you create an account you will be required to enter your first and last name, email address and a password.
You will be asked to create an account during checkout. Your privacy and security are important to us. We will never sell, rent or share your email address. See our privacy policy.
The Missconstrued satisfaction guarantee
We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We regret that we cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipping or for any custom orders. If you purchase a custom order, there is no refund. We will however, make every effort possible to try and correct the item to your satisfaction.

IP Address

Information from IP addresses is used for system administration, our live help feature, troubleshooting, and the examination of traffic trends and response rates to various promotional offers. Order Information
If you place an order through Missconstrued Boutique, we will ask you for your name, e-mail address, shipping address, telephone number and credit card information. We use this information to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. All archived credit card information is maintained in a secure and safe environment. Telephone numbers and e-mail addresses are only used to contact you regarding your order, unless you request to receive our e-mail newsletter updates.

When you sign up for our email, we ask for your first name and e-mail address. We do not rent, sell or share our email list.
